Role: HRSD Developer

Technical requirements:

- Experience in implementation of ServiceNow HRSD modules - Case mgmt., Lifecycle Event mgmt., Agent workspace, Virtual Agent, Integration Hub spokes for HRSD (Adobe spoke for document mgmt., SAP Success Factor spoke etc..), Employee document Management, Employee Center portal
- Integrations with other HR / recruitment tools like HCM, Workday.
- Notifications, Surveys, Reports and Dashboards
- Prepare Design / Architecture, review solution with Product owners, developing PoC's
- Code review / best practices review/
- Mentor junior developers




- Requirement gathering, consulting skills and client communication.
- Experience in leading Client workshops with customers across HR business units
- Experience creating HRSD workshops decks and HRSD workbooks for the client to be able to fill out requirements post workshops
- Ability to listen, interpret, strategize and consult on HR processes and map them to HRSD capabilities and solutions.
