Stipend

Performance-Based Stipend: ₹5,000–₹15,000/month

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the HR team in day-to-day HR operations.
- Support recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
- Coordinate interviews and candidate communication.
- Assist with employee onboarding and documentation.
- Support employee engagement and HR initiatives.
- Maintain employee and HR records.
- Assist in attendance and basic HR reporting.
- Coordinate with employees and management regarding HR-related activities.
- Support performance management and employee feedback processes.
- Gain practical exposure to HRBP functions and people management.

Required Skills
- Basic understanding of HRM and HR processes
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Problem-solving and people-handling skills
- Willingness to learn and work in a professional environment




- Interest in HR Business Partnering and employee management

Eligibility
- MBA/PGDM HR, BBA/BCA/B.Com or other relevant graduates/students can apply.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Candidates should be willing to commit to the complete 6-month internship.
- Local candidates from Ahilyanagar are preferred/required.
