About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Trainee to join our HR team at This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who want to build their career in Human Resources and gain hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with recruitment and interview coordination .
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen CVs and coordinate interviews with candidates and department heads.
- Support joining formalities and employee onboarding .
- Maintain employee personal files, HR records, and documentation.
- Assist with attendance and leave management .
- Support payroll-related HR activities and provide required information.
- Handle basic employee communication and HR-related queries.
- Coordinate training programs and maintain training records.
- Prepare HR reports and update HR databases.
- Support employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Prepare HR letters, notices, and other HR documentation.




- Coordinate with departmental In-charges regarding HR-related matters.
- Assist in performance appraisal and review activities.
- Support HR audits and compliance documentation.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee information.
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.

Eligibility
- Education: Any Graduate
- Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and build a career in HR.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee information responsibly.
