SUBO is a contemporary women’s wear brand based in Surat, building a fashion label that brings together thoughtful design, modern aesthetics, and strong craftsmanship.

We’re looking for an HR & Talent Acquisition Intern to join our growing team and work closely with the founders and team across hiring, employee coordination, and day-to-day HR operations.

What You’ll Be Working On

- Handle end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
- Source and screen candidates across different roles
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and candidate communication
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Assist with onboarding and joining formalities
- Support employee engagement and internal activities
- Help maintain HR records, documentation, and attendance
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
- Work closely with different teams to understand hiring requirements

What We’re Looking For
- Graduates pursuing HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills




- Good organizational and follow-up skills
- Comfortable speaking with candidates and coordinating interviews
- Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn
- Valuable working knowledge of Google Workspace / MS Office
- Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment

Prior HR or recruitment experience is a plus, but not mandatory. Internship DetailsLocation: Surat, Gujarat

Stipend: ₹5,000–₹10,000 per month
