Hiring: HR Specialist – Performance & Employee Relations

Lochan & Co. is looking for an experienced HR Specialist – Performance Management & Employee Relations to join our HR team in Noida / Delhi NCR.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing employee performance evaluations, KPIs/KRAs, PIPs, employee grievances, workplace discipline, employee engagement and HR reporting. The role will involve working closely with employees and managers to improve performance, resolve workplace concerns and strengthen employee engagement.

Key Skills: Performance Management System (PMS), KPI/KRA, PIP, Employee Relations, Grievance Handling, Employee Engagement, Conflict Resolution, HR MIS, HRMS/Keka & Advanced Excel.

Location: Noida / Delhi NCR

Experience:



3–5 Years

Qualification: MBA/PGDM – HR or relevant qualification
