About Eduzi :

Eduzi is an emerging EdTech company focused on skill-based training programs in Finance and Credit analysis. We are looking out for HR Recruitment professionals who can help us in hiring candidates across Sales, Finance and Operations and Placements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
- Post job openings on various job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Manage employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Address employee queries and facilitate a positive workplace culture.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate training and development activities for employees.

Required Skills :

- Strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office,



and HRMS tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.

Qualification :

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
- HR certifications will be an added advantage.

Preferred Background :

- 1-4 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR Generalist roles.
- Experience in EdTech, Education, Training, or Service industries preferred.
- Proven track record of hiring across sales, operations, and support functions.
- Experience handling employee engagement and HR operations is desirable.
