Role & responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.

- Source and screen candidates through job portals, calls, and other channels.

- Use job portals to search for relevant candidates, review profiles, shortlist suitable applicants, and manage candidate applications.

- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.

- Maintain and update candidate and employee records.

- Coordinate with candidates and the internal team regarding interviews and joining.

- Manage daily HR activities and maintain recruitment data.

- Assist with employee engagement and general HR-related tasks.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate; HR/MBA background preferred.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.

- Ability to communicate confidently with candidates.

- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
