Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of recruiters to achieve volume hiring targets for BPO clients.

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the market.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand client requirements and develop tailored solutions.

- Analyze performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and optimize processes.

Job Requirements :

- 2-7 years of experience in HR Recruitment, preferably in frontline hiring or mass hiring roles.

- Proven track record of success in sales hiring, BPO hiring, or similar industries.

- Robust understanding of the Indian job market and ability to source candidates from diverse sources.
