HR Recruiter Intern Work From Home

About the Internship

We are looking for HR Recruiter Interns who want practical exposure to recruitment and Talent Acquisition. This is a hands-on internship where you will work on live hiring requirements, interact with candidates, coordinate interviews, and learn the complete recruitment cycle.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media and references.
- Screen profiles based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate calls and explain job opportunities.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular candidate follow-ups.
- Manage candidates from sourcing to selection and joining.
- Maintain daily recruitment trackers and MIS.
- Work on live IT & ITES hiring requirements.
- Achieve assigned sourcing and hiring targets.
- Learn and execute the complete recruitment lifecycle.

Performance-Based Earnings

No Fixed Stipend

- 500 per successful Voice Process hire
- 250 per successful Non-Voice Process hire




- No earning cap

Earnings are completely performance-based.

Eligibility

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Graduate or undergraduate
- Strong interest in HR and Recruitment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with calling and candidate interaction
- Self-driven and target-oriented
- Laptop and stable internet connection mandatory

Internship Details
- Duration: 3 Months
- Work Mode: Work From Home
- Working Days: 5.5 Days
- Timings: 9:30 AM 4:00 PM
