Job Summary A dynamic HR Recruiter with 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, JD screening, candidate assessment, stakeholder coordination, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

Perform thorough JD screening and candidate shortlisting by evaluating resumes against job requirements, skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions within SLA.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, competitors and other channels.

Conduct initial screening calls and candidate assessments.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Drive candidate engagement and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Negotiate offers and support offer rollout and onboarding activities.





Experience in handling employee onboarding and pre-boarding activities.

Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring reports, and candidate databases.

Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and timelines.

Ensure adherence to recruitment processes and company policies.

- Initiate the pre onboarding of all new joiners within SLA

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2-5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.

Strong experience in JD screening, resume evaluation, and candidate shortlisting.

Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred: Experience hiring for IT, Engineering, Corporate Functions, or Sales roles

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
