Role Description The HR Recruiter role at The Chennai Silks is a full-time, in office position based in Tiruppur. The HR Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection processes for various roles within the organization. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, drafting job descriptions, and maintaining candidate pipelines.

The HR Recruiter will also support onboarding activities, maintain recruitment records,



and ensure a positive candidate experience. Additional responsibilities may include participating in job fairs, strengthening employer branding initiatives, and assisting with HR documentation as needed.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and HR team members to understand role requirements and staffing needs.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, job portals, and basic MS Office tools.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with candidates at all levels.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple vacancies and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in recruitment, preferably in retail or textile sectors, is beneficial.
- Willingness to work on-site in Tiruppur and familiarity with local talent markets is preferred.
