About the role

We're looking for an HR Recruiter to own hiring end to end — from understanding what a team actually needs, to sourcing candidates, to getting the right person through the door. You'll work closely with hiring managers across departments and be the first impression candidates have of us.

This role is a good fit if you enjoy talking to people all day, can juggle several open roles at once, and don't need someone standing over your shoulder to keep things moving.

What you'll do

- Manage the full recruitment cycle: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer, and onboarding handoff
- Write and post job ads on LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job boards
- Source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and networking
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess skills, expectations, and culture fit
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with accurate candidate data




- Build and maintain a pipeline of pre-screened candidates for recurring roles
- Share regular hiring updates and metrics with the HR lead (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, offer acceptance)
- Support employer branding efforts and campus or job fair drives
- Assist with basic HR operations such as documentation and joining formalities

What we're looking for

- 1–3 years of recruitment experience, in-house or agency
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA in HR is a plus)
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, or similar sourcing platforms
- Comfortable running screening calls and assessing candidates independently
- Strong written and verbal communication in English and Hindi
- Well organized — you can track 8–10 open roles without letting candidates go cold
- Working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace; ATS experience preferred
