Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with 5–8 years of relevant recruitment experience. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and joining follow-up.

The candidate must be comfortable using recruitment platforms such as Naukri, Indeed, Apna, and other job portals to source and screen suitable candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, Apna, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Search and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
- Screen candidates through telephone calls and assess their suitability.
- Explain job roles, salary, location, working hours, and other requirements to candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate salary and manage candidate expectations.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Meet monthly recruitment targets and timelines.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular hiring updates to management.

Requirements




- 5–8 years of relevant recruitment experience.
- Strong experience in IT/non-IT or volume recruitment will be an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, Indeed, Apna, and other job portals.
- Good knowledge of Boolean search and keyword-based candidate sourcing.
- Robust candidate screening and interviewing skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working with recruitment deadlines.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic recruitment documentation.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from Ballygunge Circular Road, Kolkata.

Preferred Candidate We are looking for someone who can independently handle recruitment from sourcing to joining, rather than someone whose experience is limited to coordinating interviews or calling candidates.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
