We are looking for an HR Recruiter to join our team. Candidates from any industry background can apply.

Experience working in a job consultancy/recruitment agency will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source, screen, and recruit candidates as per client requirements.

- Understand client manpower requirements and provide suitable candidates.

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

- Handle regular communication and follow-ups with clients.

- Manage candidate joining and deployment at client locations.

- Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.

- Ensure timely fulfillment of client staffing requirements.

- Build and maintain good relationships with clients.

Preferred Skills:

- Valuable communication and client-handling skills.

- Experience in recruitment, staffing, or job consultancy will be an advantage.

- Ability to understand client requirements and work on multiple positions.

- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
