Experience: 3+ Years
Industry Preference: Building Materials / Construction / uPVC / Fenestration
Your Role
- Handle end-to-end Non-IT recruitment.
- Source and screen suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups.
- Manage multiple vacancies and hiring targets.
- Maintain recruitment records and reports.
- Build a strong candidate pipeline.
We’re Looking For ✔ 3+ years of Non-IT recruitment experience
✔ Building Materials industry recruitment experience preferred
✔ Solid sourcing and screening skills
✔ Good communication and negotiation skills
✔ Target-oriented and proactive approach
