We are looking for an experienced and motivated Recruiter to join our team at Jayanagar, Bengaluru.

Location: Jayanagar, Bengaluru

Employment Type: Full-Time

Joining: Immediate Joiners Only

Interview Mode: Face-to-Face

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, and onboarding.
- Understand and analyze job requirements in coordination with internal teams and clients.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, skilled networks, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and shortlist suitable profiles.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain and update the candidate database, recruitment tracker, and talent pipeline.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support employer branding activities, recruitment drives, and hiring initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration,



or a related field.
- 3–6 years of recruitment experience in an in-house or consultancy environment.
- Hands-on experience with recruitment platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, etc.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and candidate management.
- Willingness to work from our Jayanagar office, Bengaluru.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
