- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions across South Indian states/regions.

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media.

- Handle South India hiring, particularly candidates from Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana.

- Conduct initial screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups.

- Understand regional talent markets and effectively source local candidates.

- Maintain candidate database and recruitment MIS.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.

- Ensure timely closure of open positions and maintain hiring TAT.

- Manage offer rollouts, joining follow-ups, and onboarding coordination.

Requirements

Required Skills:

- Must have experience in South Indian recruitment/hiring.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.




- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
- Knowledge of regional languages will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment portals.
