Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing suitable candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting the complete recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand job requirements and prepare suitable candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, Foundit, LinkedIn, WorkIndia, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, salary expectations, and job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Negotiate salary and discuss joining formalities with selected candidates.
- Coordinate candidate joining and documentation.




- Maintain daily/weekly recruitment reports and hiring MIS.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.

Eligibility
- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Prior experience in recruitment/HR will be an added advantage.

Salary ₹30000 – ₹35000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
