We are looking for an HR Recruiter responsible for candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Understand client requirements and share suitable profiles.
- Coordinate interviews and take client feedback.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and candidates.
- Follow up with candidates until joining.
- Achieve recruitment targets.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in any industry job consultancy/recruitment agency will be preferred.
- Candidates from other fields with client-handling/recruitment experience can also apply.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
