Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Screen profiles and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage offers, follow-ups, and candidate communication.
- Maintain recruitment data and hiring reports.
Must Have Skills / Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 13 years of recruitment experience.
- Strong sourcing and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and hiring tools.
