Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Recruiter role based in Kochi. The HR Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including understanding staffing needs, drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling and coordinating interviews.

The role involves maintaining candidate pipelines, managing communication with applicants, and supporting hiring managers in selection and offer processes. The HR Recruiter will also assist with onboarding new employees, maintaining recruitment records,



and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and relevant labor regulations. In addition, the role may support employer branding initiatives, campus drives, and HR projects aimed at improving talent acquisition and retention.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Ability to manage recruitment cycles, from job posting and shortlisting to offer and onboarding.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, basic labor laws, and ethical hiring standards.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, HR databases, and MS Office tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
- Solid organizational, time management, and follow-up skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in recruitment, preferably in healthcare or hospital settings, is highly desirable.
