We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Recruiter to manage our full-cycle recruitment process. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, source top talent, conduct evaluations, and oversee the onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Talent Sourcing: Proactively source qualified candidates through qualified networks, job boards, social media, and employee referral programs.

- Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct phone and video screenings, and coordinate interview panels with hiring teams.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with department managers to define candidate profiles, refine job specifications, and align hiring strategies.

- Offer Management: Extend job offers,



negotiate salary packages, and guide candidates through the offer acceptance phase.

- Pipeline & Data Tracking: Maintain up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and track key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire).

- Onboarding & Employer Branding: Represent the company at career events and assist with pre-boarding and initial onboarding setup for new hires.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
