We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to support our recruitment and talent acquisition activities. The intern will assist with sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and coordinating with hiring managers. This role offers hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through job portals and social media platforms.

- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

- Schedule and coordinate interviews.

- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.

- Assist with job postings and employer branding activities.

- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes.

- Proficiency in MS Office tools.

- Eagerness to learn and grow in HR and Talent Acquisition.

Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹4,001.00 per month
