Role & responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.
- Conduct initial candidate calls and interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Participate in on-campus, off-campus recruitment drives and job melas/job fairs.
- Visit colleges and other locations for recruitment drives when required.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Achieve recruitment targets and maintain candidate databases.

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience preferred.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Male & Female candidates can apply.
- Candidates who can speak Tamil and/or Kannada are preferred.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be willing to travel and participate in campus drives, off-campus drives and job melas.
- Candidates willing to work in Tirupati or Chennai can apply.
