We are scaling our high-performing Investment Banking and Capital Markets teams in india. We are looking for an agile HR Recruiter cum Trainer who can bridge the gap between acquiring top-tier financial talent and preparing them for operational excellence in core banking and institutional market products.

Role Overview: This is a high-visibility, dual-impact role. You will own the full-lifecycle recruitment for niche financial profiles and simultaneously design and deliver domain-specific onboarding, technical workflows, and soft-skills training programs.

Core Responsibilities

- End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and hire niche professionals across Investment Banking (Corporate Finance, M&A;, Equity Research) and
- Global Trade Products (Trade Finance, Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees, Document Collections, Supply Chain Finance, and Cross-Border Payments).
- Pipeline Management: Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and financial networks to maintain a warm talent pipeline within the competitive Bengaluru hub.
- Onboarding & Technical Training Delivery: Facilitate comprehensive induction modules covering basic financial concepts, capital markets infrastructure, corporate valuation toolkits, compliance, and structural workflows of transactional trade finance products.
- Talent Development: Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) and execute workshops for soft skills, business communication, and leadership alignment.
- Metric Tracking: Monitor key metrics like time-to-hire, post-training assessment scores, and early-stage candidate retention.

Probation Period Policy

- Duration: All new hires will undergo a mandatory 6-month probation period from their date of joining.
- Evaluation: Performance, adaptability, and culture-fit will be reviewed at the end of the 1, 2, 3rd and 5th months.
- Confirmation:



Upon successful completion of the 6-month period and meeting all baseline KPIs, the employee will receive a formal Letter of Confirmation. The probation period may be extended up to a maximum of 3 additional months at the management's discretion if performance benchmarks are not fully met.
- Mandatory Legal & Compliance Framework. At Dulcet Holdings, we operate under a strict code of ethics and corporate governance.
- Strict Legal Alignment: Every internal company policy, code of conduct, and operational workflow strictly adheres to the local laws of Bengaluru, the Government of Karnataka, and the Government of India (including statutory regulations governed by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, SEBI, RBI guidelines on Trade/Forex, and Central Labour Laws).
- Policy Rejection & Precedence: Any internal company policy, practice, or operational mandate that is found to cross, conflict with, or contradict government regulations, statutory compliance requirements, or employee rights under Indian law will be automatically deemed null, void, and rejected. Government laws and statutory regulations will permanently take absolute legal precedence over internal company guidelines under all circumstances.

Candidate Eligibility Criteria

- Education: Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Human Resources, Finance, or Business Administration (MBA/PGDM preferred).
- Experience: 3 to 6 years of proven experience combining recruitment and training functions inside an Investment Bank, KPO, Global Capability Center (GCC), or Corporate/Transaction Banking setup.
- Domain Knowledge: Solid foundational understanding of Investment Banking products, financial modelling basics, and
- Trade Finance products (PID, SID, vendor finance etc ).
- Tools: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS),



Learning Management Systems (LMS), and advanced Excel/PowerPoint.

Compensation & CTC Structure: We offer a competitive package ranging from ₹6,00,000 to ₹9,50,000 per annum, structured to reward high performance:

- Fixed Base Salary (80%): Standard assured monthly salary (inclusive of Basic, HRA, PF, and statutory allowances).
- Recruitment Performance Bonus (15%): Paid out quarterly based on mandate fulfillment, time-to-hire efficiency, and 90-day candidate retention.
- Training Incentive (5%): Tied to successful batch onboarding timelines and post-training assessment pass rates.

Performance Framework & PIP Policy: Performance is formally audited on a quarterly basis against clear benchmarks:

- Hiring Funnel: Maintaining a minimum 85% achievement rate on monthly sourcing and onboarding mandates.
- Training Pass Rate: Ensuring a minimum 80% average score on post-onboarding technical evaluations (covering IB basics and Trade operations).
- Retention Rate: Maintaining early-stage candidate attrition below 8% within the first 60 days.

30-Day PIP Policy: If a confirmed team member fails to meet at least 70% of their combined recruitment and training KPIs for two consecutive quarters, or shows significant gaps in process compliance, they will be placed on a structured 30-day Performance Improvement Plan (PIP). This period includes dedicated weekly mentorship and clear milestones. Successful completion restores normal standing, while failure to meet the PIP metrics will result in exit separation. (Note: The PIP policy applies strictly to confirmed employees; performance shortfalls during the initial Probation Period are handled under standard probation review terms).
