Profile: HR Recruiter / Telecaller

Location: Ambegaon BK, Pune

Qualification: HSC / Graduate

Experience: 6 Months Of Recruitment Exp. Required

Salary: Up to ₹35,000 CTC, based on qualification and experience

Shift: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Source and screen candidates for various job openings.
- Explain job opportunities and requirements to candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain candidate records and follow up on interview status.
- Achieve assigned recruitment and calling targets.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and follow-up abilities.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and candidate handling.
- Target-oriented approach.
- Prior experience in recruitment, BPO, telecalling, customer service, or teleSales will be preferred.
