Hyrn.ai is looking to hire HR Recruiters through the Eazyway Platform. They are seeking enthusiastic and result-oriented professionals with strong communication, interpersonal, follow-up, and recruitment skills. Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

1. Candidate Sourcing & Screening

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and assess candidate suitability.

2. Interview Coordination & Follow-up

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up regarding interview feedback, selection, documentation, and joining.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

3. Recruitment & Candidate Management

- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding.




- Maintain and regularly update the candidate database.
- Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.

4. Reporting & Coordination

- Prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Coordinate effectively with candidates and internal teams throughout the recruitment process.

Experience & Qualifications

- Experience: 0–2 years in Recruitment, HR, Talent Acquisition, or a related role.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, follow-up, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Familiarity with job portals and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Good coordination and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented setting.
