About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle while also maintaining professional relationships with clients and understanding their hiring requirements.

This role is suitable for someone who has hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate management, and client coordination and is looking to grow in the recruitment and staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Understand client requirements and job descriptions.

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

Conduct initial HR screening and candidate assessments.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.

Achieve assigned recruitment targets and timelines.

Client Handling & Coordination

Communicate with clients to understand their current and upcoming hiring requirements.

Coordinate with clients regarding candidate profiles, interview schedules, feedback, and selection status.

Share relevant candidate profiles with clients.

Maintain regular follow-ups with clients for interview feedback and closures.

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with existing clients.





Address basic client queries and coordinate internally for timely resolution.

Maintain accurate records of client requirements and recruitment status.

Support the team in developing and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, talent acquisition, or a related HR role.

Experience in client coordination/client handling will be preferred.

Valuable verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Good understanding of recruitment processes.

Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, or other job portals.

Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Ability to manage multiple requirements and priorities simultaneously.

Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.
