What You May Be Responsible For
- Manage end-to-end HR operations in alignment with business requirements and organisational policies.
- Drive recruitment, onboarding, manpower planning and workforce deployment.
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, discipline and workplace engagement.
- Handle Industrial Relations, shop-floor HR and union-related matters, wherever applicable.
- Ensure implementation and monitoring of applicable labour and employment compliances.
- Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leave, employee records and HR MIS, depending on the role.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, processes and employee communication initiatives.
- Partner with business leaders and functional heads on people-related matters.
- Support performance management, talent development, training and succession initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation, records and management reports.
- Contribute to process improvement, HR digitalisation and organisational effectiveness.
- For senior positions: lead HR strategy, team management, employee relations, organisation development and business partnering.

Education & Experience : -
Education:
