We are looking for an HR & Market Research Executive who can support our internal HR operations while also helping management identify new business opportunities, markets, services, and potential clients.

This is a hybrid role and is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, researching markets, analyzing businesses, and turning information into actionable opportunities.

Required Skills

- 2–5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Good understanding of HR and recruitment processes.




- Strong market research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong internet research skills.
- Ability to find, verify, organize, and analyze business information.
- Good understanding of international B2B business.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to prepare clear reports and presentations.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
- Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
- Ability to identify patterns and convert research into actionable recommendations.
