Vidhaan Multispecialty Hospital, Jabalpur, is looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, and maintaining a positive and skilled workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes for clinical and non-clinical staff.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate screening, selection, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, attendance, and leave records.
- Support payroll coordination and ensure timely sharing of attendance and employee data.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and day-to-day HR concerns professionally.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and workplace processes.
- Coordinate employee engagement, training, orientation, and induction activities.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and applicable employment regulations.
- Coordinate with different departments to understand staffing requirements and workforce needs.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
- Promote a professional, respectful, and service-oriented work culture across the hospital.

Requirements




- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a hospital, healthcare, or service-oriented organization.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable handling recruitment and employee-related matters independently.
- Working knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and basic HR documentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Candidates based in Jabalpur or willing to relocate are preferred.
