Job Summary

VBOND is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR functions across our Manufacturing Plant, Head Office and Sales Team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in manpower hiring, vendor coordination, employee relations, HR operations and sales performance management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end manpower planning and recruitment for plant, head office and sales teams.
- Coordinate with manpower vendors/contractors for hiring and workforce requirements.
- Handle complete HR Operations including employee joining, documentation, attendance, leave, employee lifecycle and exit formalities.
- Manage employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Coordinate with Plant Head and management for workforce planning and employee requirements.
- Work closely with the Sales Team and monitor employee performance, targets and productivity.
- Track sales team performance and coordinate with Sales Heads for performance improvement.
- Support performance appraisal, increments and employee development activities.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable labour laws.
- Coordinate with management on manpower cost, productivity and organizational requirements.




- Handle HR-related complaints and resolve employee issues effectively.
- Drive employee engagement and maintain a positive work environment.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, MIS and workforce-related data.

Candidate Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a Manufacturing industry.
- Strong experience in manpower hiring and manpower vendor coordination.
- Experience in handling Manufacturing Plant HR Operations.
- Good understanding of employee relations and HR processes.
- Experience in coordinating with Sales Teams and monitoring performance/targets.
- Solid communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently handle HR functions and coordinate with senior management.
- Candidates with experience in Building Materials / Manufacturing industries will be preferred.
