HR Manager

We are looking for a skilled and motivated HR Manager with experience in the infrastructure industry. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of recruitment, employee management, HR policies, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates.
- Handle employee onboarding and documentation.
- Manage employee attendance, leave, and HR records.
- Handle employee relations and resolve workplace concerns.
- Implement HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate performance management and appraisal processes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.




- Support management in various HR-related activities.

Requirements
- 1–14 years of experience in HR/HR Management.
- Prior experience and knowledge of the infrastructure industry is required.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HR policies and labour laws.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/HRMS.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification preferred.
