Key Responsibilities

· Lead manpower planning in consultation with business/function heads.

· Oversee end-to-end recruitment for critical, managerial, and volume positions.

· Ensure effective onboarding and smooth integration of new employees.

· Act as a senior point of contact for employee relations and workplace concerns.

· Handle grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution with fairness and confidentiality.

· Review, develop, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee guidelines.

· Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and organizational policies.

· Maintain accurate HR documentation, records, and audit readiness.

· Oversee attendance, leave, payroll coordination, employee lifecycle processes, and HR administration.





· Ensure accuracy and timely completion of monthly HR operations.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
