Position: HR Manager – Hospitality Industry (Hotel / Resort)

Location: As Per Requirement

Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Based on Experience)

Experience: Minimum 7 Years in Human Resources, preferably in Hotels, Resorts, or Hospitality Industry

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Handle manpower planning and hiring for hotel/resort operations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and statutory requirements.
- Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and employee records.
- Address employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee welfare initiatives.
- Conduct training and development programs for staff.




- Coordinate with department heads to support workforce requirements and organizational goals.
- Monitor employee performance and support disciplinary processes when required.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR documentation.

Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of HR experience, preferably in Hotels, Resorts, or Hospitality Industry.
- Robust knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, payroll, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple departments and a large workforce.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR management systems.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
