We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible HR Intern to support our HR team in day-to-day HR activities. The intern will get practical exposure to recruitment, employee documentation, attendance, onboarding, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment and hiring activities.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, WorkIndia, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and managers.
- Make recruitment calls and follow up with candidates.
- Assist with joining and onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support attendance and leave tracking.
- Assist in preparing offer letters, joining documents, and other HR letters.
- Maintain and update HR reports and Google Sheets/Excel.
- Follow up with employees regarding pending documents and HR requirements.
- Support the HR team in employee engagement and other HR activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
Requirements
- Graduate or pursuing BBA/MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn HR processes and recruitment.
