JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage the complete HR function of the organisation. The role will be responsible for recruitment, employee management, HR operations, performance management and maintaining a structured HR environment. The candidate will work closely with management and department heads to address people-related requirements and ensure smooth HR operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage the complete recruitment process, from understanding manpower requirements to sourcing, interviewing, selection and onboarding.
- Handle employee joining, documentation, attendance, leave, confirmation and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation and HR-related reports.
- Manage and maintain accurate salary, attendance and leave records and ensure timely payroll processing.
- Handle employee queries, grievances and day-to-day employee-related concerns.
- Implement and maintain HR policies, processes and procedures.




- Manage performance appraisal and employee review processes.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Work closely with management and department heads on manpower planning and employee-related matters.
- Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day HR activities across the organisation.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR / Human Resources.
- Experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, Employee Relations and HR Administration.
- Candidates with experience in hospitals, healthcare or other non-IT industries will be preferred.
- Good understanding of recruitment, payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, performance management and HR policies.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to independently handle the HR function and employee-related matters.
