ABOUT THE ROLE

IMBS is looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our recruitment team. This is a great opportunity for freshers who want to build their career in HR, Talent Acquisition & Recruitment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn & other channels
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate calls
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews & joining
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate data
- Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities

REQUIREMENTS

- Good communication and convincing skills
- Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills
- Willingness to learn and work in a target-oriented environment
- Interest/background in HR or Recruitment preferred
- Candidates comfortable with Work From Office
