Company Description Gun for Glory Shooting Academy is a world-class training institution dedicated to nurturing young talent in the sport of shooting. Founded by Olympian Gagan Narang (Padmashri) and Shri Pawan Singh, the academy focuses on developing future champions through structured and scientific coaching. Located at the Shiv Chhatrapati Sports Complex 50m shooting range in Balewadi, Pune, it offers advanced infrastructure and specialized support services, including foreign coaches, sports injury management, physiotherapy, yoga, nutrition, and performance psychology.

Training plans are customized using SWOT analysis, and shooters benefit from facilities such as gun testing, SCATT systems, video analysis, and equipment control. The academy operates across 17 centers pan India, providing broad exposure and growth opportunities for both athletes and staff.

Role Description The HR Intern will support the Human Resources function in a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City. Daily responsibilities include assisting with recruitment activities, coordinating interviews, maintaining employee records, and supporting onboarding and orientation processes. The intern will help in drafting and updating HR documents, tracking attendance and leave,



and assisting in the administration of employee benefits and policies.

The role also involves supporting HR data entry and reporting, helping organize training and engagement activities, and responding to basic employee queries under the guidance of the HR team. This position offers practical exposure to HR operations in a dynamic sports academy environment and the opportunity to learn from experienced HR professionals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Candidates should possess an understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits.
- Candidates should possess skills in Personnel Management and basic employee relations.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Solid communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Proficiency in MS Office and comfort working with HR data and documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a structured environment and manage time effectively.
- Interest in the sports sector and willingness to learn in a fast-paced academy setting.
