Key Responsibilities

- Support the HR team in recruitment and candidate sourcing
- Coordinate interview schedules and candidate follow-ups
- Assist in maintaining employee and candidate records
- Support joining, onboarding and documentation processes
- Assist with attendance and HR-related coordination
- Help in conducting employee engagement and HR activities
- Coordinate with training teams and other departments
- Perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned

Eligibility
- Graduate/Postgraduate pursuing or completed in HR, Business Administration, Management or a related field
- Freshers are welcome to apply




- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work from the Kharghar, Navi Mumbai location
