Position: HR Intern

Department: Human Resources

Reporting To: HR

Job Summary The HR Intern will assist the Human Resources department in daily HR activities, employee documentation, recruitment support, and maintaining employee records. This internship provides practical exposure to various HR functions and office administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in recruitment activities such as screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documents.
- Support onboarding and induction activities for current employees.
- Assist in attendance, leave, and employee data management.
- Help prepare HR letters, reports, and other documentation.
- Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related requirements.
- Support employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee and company information.




- Perform other HR and administrative tasks assigned by the management.

Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of HR functions and MS Office.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Internship Duration: As per company requirement Pay: Up to ₹5,000.00 per month
