We are looking for an HR Executive – Immigration with 1–5 years of experience to manage and support immigration-related processes for our employees. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling visa documentation, compliance, and coordination with employees and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end immigration processes for employees (Visa, Work Permits, LCA, H1B, Green Card, etc.).
- Prepare, review, and submit immigration-related documents accurately and within timelines.
- Coordinate with employees for collection of required documents and ensure compliance with immigration regulations.
- Maintain immigration records, trackers, and databases.
- Liaise with external vendors, consultants, and legal teams for timely processing.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding immigration queries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory immigration requirements.
- Assist HR team with onboarding, employee documentation,



and compliance audits when required.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field).
- 1–5 years of hands-on experience in HR – Immigration process.
- Strong knowledge of visa/immigration documentation and compliance.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of OPT, CPT, H1B, EAD, GC, and Citizen consultants.
- Experience using job boards like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, TechFetch, and networking platforms like LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (verbal & written).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a quick-paced environment.
- Must be flexible to work in night shifts (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST).
