Job Title: US HR Executive – Immigration

Experience Required: 1–3 Years

Location: Vijayawada

Work Mode: Onsite (Work from Office)

Shift Timings: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST

Preference: Local candidates preferred

We are looking for an experienced US HR Executive with strong knowledge of US immigration processes to support our US staffing operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end US immigration processes (H1B, H4, LCA, OPT, CPT, GC EAD, etc.).
- Maintain and update employee immigration records and compliance documents.
- Coordinate with attorneys and consultants for visa filing and extensions.
- Track visa validity, I-94, passport expiry, and work authorization.
- Assist employees with immigration-related queries and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with US immigration laws and company policies.




- Support HR operations related to onboarding, documentation, and audits.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 1–3 years of experience in US HR / Immigration.
- Strong knowledge of US visa types and immigration procedures.
- Valuable communication skills (verbal & written).
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Any degree or master's qualification.
