About the Role

Global Consulting (GC) is looking for a smart, responsible, energetic and people-friendly candidate for a diverse role combining HR coordination, guest relations, digital marketing support and early childhood learning activities .

This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys interacting with people, is creative and organized, and is comfortable working with a young child.

Key Responsibilities

HR & Coordination

- Assist with recruitment, interview scheduling, onboarding and employee coordination.
- Maintain basic HR documentation and records.
- Coordinate with employees, candidates, vendors and management.
- Support day-to-day HR and administrative activities.

Guest Relations & Digital Marketing

- Assist with guest communication and coordination for the company's hospitality/property activities.
- Occasionally travel to the Karjat villa for guest relations, events or operational requirements.
- Help ensure guests have a skilled and welcoming experience.
- Assist with social media, photos/videos, content creation and basic digital marketing.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required.
- This is not a sales or target-based role.

Early Learning – 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM





- The final 1.5 hours of the regular working day will be dedicated to engaging a young child in age-appropriate learning and developmental activities.
- Conduct storytelling, picture-book reading, rhymes, music, sensory play and other Montessori/play-based activities.
- Support early language, communication, social and motor-skill development.
- Help prepare simple and creative weekly activities.
- Previous Montessori/ECCE experience is an advantage but not mandatory .
- The selected candidate will receive training and guidance on Saturdays for early-learning and Montessori-based activities.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate/undergraduate; freshers may also apply.
- Good spoken English and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, cheerful, patient and comfortable around young children.
- Organized and capable of handling multiple responsibilities.
- Comfortable interacting with guests and different types of people.
- Interest in HR, hospitality, content/social media and early childhood learning.
- Comfortable taking basic photos/videos and assisting with social-media content.
- Willing to occasionally travel to Karjat when required.
- Candidates from HR, hospitality, guest relations, cabin crew, Montessori/ECCE, teaching, content creation or digital marketing backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Training Training and guidance will be provided for the different aspects of the role. Saturday sessions may include Montessori/early-learning training and activity planning.

Note: The child-learning responsibility from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM is within the regular 11:00 AM–8:00 PM working hours and is not additional working time.
