We were looking for an HR Generalist Intern to support day-to-day HR operations while getting hands-on exposure across recruitment, employee lifecycle management, HR administration, and HR projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain HR databases, employee records, and candidate repositories.

- Support recruitment-related activities, including sourcing, coordination, interview scheduling, and recruitment data.

- Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities.

- Coordinate employee documentation and HR-related administrative processes.

- Support HR operations and maintain accurate employee records.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders on onboarding, assets, access, and other employee requirements.

- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and other HR projects.

- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Eligibility

- Fresh graduate or candidate with 2–3 months of HR internship experience.





- Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources.

- Bengaluru-based and comfortable travelling to the HSR office.

- Immediate joiners preferred.

Key Skills

- Good verbal and written communication.

- Robust organizational and coordination skills.

- Working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office.

- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.

- Ability to multitask and manage priorities.

- Ownership-oriented and willing to learn.
