- Employee Lifecycle

- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit)

- Maintain employee records and HRMS (e.g., Keka)

- Handle documentation, policies, and compliance

- Manage attendance, leave, and employee queries

Onboarding

- Coordinate hiring with Business Units and Departments (Retail Media, Cataloging, Design, etc.)

- Ensure smooth onboarding experience for recent hires

- Drive employer branding and referral programs

Employee

Engagement &

- Experience

- Plan and execute engagement initiatives and activities

- Drive programs like rewards & recognition, value awards, etc.

- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and queries

- Work towards improving employee satisfaction and retention

4.

Performance

Management

- Support performance review cycles (monthly/quarterly)

- Coordinate with managers on feedback and evaluations





- Help implement performance improvement plans (PIPs)

- Track performance metrics and reporting

5. HR Systems &

- Process Improvement

- Ensure effective usage of HRMS and internal tools

- Streamline HR processes and improve efficiency

- Work with teams to implement structured workflows (e.g., helpdesk, approvals)

- Maintain SOPs and documentation

6. Compliance &

- Policies

- Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws

- Assist in drafting and updating HR policies

- Handle disciplinary actions with proper documentation

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
