Job Summary

We are looking for an organised and people-focused HR Generalist to support our end to end HR activities, including hiring, onboarding, payroll, employee records, engagement, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, background verification, selection, offer negotiation, and offer issuance.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and joining formalities.
- Manage payroll, attendance, leave, incentives, bonuses, increments, and employee records.
- Ensure timely statutory compliance, including PF, ESIC, gratuity,



and other applicable requirements.
- Support performance appraisals, employee engagement, welfare, and retention initiatives.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations, employee queries, HRMS, and documentation.
- Review, update, and implement HR policies, processes, and SOPs as required.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and support a positive and professional work setting.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
