Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Executive with 1–2 years of experience to manage day-to-day HR activities, employee coordination, recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and HR documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
- Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records, HR files, and documentation.
- Monitor attendance, leave, and employee-related data.
- Coordinate with employees regarding HR policies, queries, and concerns.
- Assist in payroll processing and provide necessary attendance and employee data.
- Support employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate HR databases.




- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable labor regulations.
- Assist senior HR team members with day-to-day HR operations.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR operations/recruitment.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and employee lifecycle processes.
- Basic understanding of payroll, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; HRMS knowledge is an advantage.
