Job Purpose:

The candidate will be responsible for managing HR operations and Labour Law & Statutory Compliance at the warehouse, ensuring timely compliance, accurate records, and smooth employee and contract labour management.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with applicable Central & State Labour Laws.
- Manage PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, Payment of Wages, and other statutory compliances.
- Maintain statutory registers, records, licences, notices, and employee documentation.
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns, challans, and compliance reports.
- Manage contract labour compliance, including contractor documentation, PF, ESIC, wages, attendance, and statutory records.
- Coordinate with labour-law consultants, auditors, contractors, and government authorities.
- Handle warehouse HR operations including attendance, leave, overtime, payroll coordination, and employee records.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues.
- Conduct periodic compliance checks and ensure timely closure of identified gaps.
- Prepare compliance reports for management.





Key Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of Labour Laws & Statutory Compliance.
- Hands-on experience with PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, and Contract Labour Compliance.
- Good knowledge of payroll, attendance, and employee relations.
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage HR and compliance activities at a warehouse.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate with 4-5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Labour Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, FMCG, retail, or supply chain preferred.
- Certification in Labour Laws/HR Compliance will be an advantage.
- Strong practical knowledge of Labour Laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience handling contract/third-party manpower will be an advantage.
- Should be capable of independently managing warehouse HR and compliance activities.
