Role Description The HR Executive role at The Spice Brand is a full-time, remote position responsible for managing day-to-day human resources operations. This includes supporting end-to-end recruitment activities, onboarding recent team members, and maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation.

The HR Executive will coordinate performance review processes, assist with employee engagement initiatives, and support policy implementation in line with company values and legal requirements. The role also involves handling routine employee queries, ensuring compliance with labor regulations,



and collaborating with leadership to improve HR processes and workplace culture.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance standards relevant to remote and distributed teams.
- Proficiency in HRIS or HR management tools, document management, and basic data reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a D2C, FMCG, or startup environment is preferred but not mandatory.
